Movers in Sun Valley
Sun Valley is an east San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles, at the base of the Verdugo Mountains. Here is what to plan for when you move there, from Kobe Moving in Van Nuys.
About Sun Valley
Sun Valley sits at the base of the Verdugo Mountains in the east Valley. It is bordered by Burbank to the southeast, North Hollywood and Valley Glen to the south, Panorama City to the west, and Pacoima, Lake View Terrace and Shadow Hills to the north. An early tract here was called Fernangeles, a blend of San Fernando and Los Angeles.
Owners and renters are close to evenly split. Because it sits at the foot of the mountains, it is prone to flash flooding in heavy rain.
